Black Tiger
The Black Tiger born in 1962: 2027
The Tiger and the Sheep are joined by a ghost gate. Thoughts multiply and the senses sharpen this year.
The stem of your birth year, Yang Water (壬), forms a combination with the Yin Fire of 2027. New people, offers and contracts attach themselves this year, and since that fire is wealth for Yang Water, money and deals move more often too.

Born in January or early February? Which year counts?
In saju the year does not change on January 1. It changes at Ipchun, the start of spring, around February 4 each year. So anyone born between January 1 and that day takes the previous year's pillar and animal sign.
