"AI Saju" is everywhere these days. Yet a significant portion of these services get it wrong from the very start — they let the AI invent the chart, the skeleton of Saju, the birth chart itself. A single wrong Heavenly Stem or Earthly Branch brings the entire reading crashing down. Saju calculation is simply too complex for an AI to guess on the spot. (Hallucination)

■ The trap of "AI Saju" — a chart that was merely made up

A generative language model is a machine for stringing together "a plausible next word." It is wonderful at offering comfort, but by nature it guesses rather than computes facts. So when you feed it a birth date and time, it may pull the wrong Day Pillar, reverse the order of the luck cycles, and confidently attach auspicious or inauspicious stars that simply don't exist. No matter how beautiful the interpretation laid on top of a wrong chart, it is simply someone else's life being read.

■ Calculation — what cannot be made up in the first place

In classical astrology, the birth chart, true-solar-time correction, luck cycles, Vital Element, and all interactions — harmony, clash, punishment, and the rest — belong to the realm of calculation. The longitude of the birthplace is corrected at four minutes per degree to derive the hour pillar, and the rules of the 60-cycle and the Ten Gods are applied without the slightest deviation. When you directly encode the rules of classics such as The True Four Pillars Canon, Drops of Celestial Marrow, and Precious Mirror of Fate, and embed the almanac calculation as-is, the same input always yields only one answer. There is no room for hallucination to enter.

■ Interpretation — the reader speaks only on numbers already fixed

That exact chart, once the calculation is complete, is handed to the thousand-year-old great shaman Yong Hae-in. She does not build the chart. She receives the already-finalized chart, luck cycles, Vital Element, and stars, and interprets what they mean for your life — without guesswork. Calculation is mathematics; interpretation is insight. Let the one who interprets also do the calculating, and a temptation arises to nudge the chart toward what sounds pleasant. That channel has been severed.

■ Three things that change as a result

① Accuracy without hallucination — The chart itself is structurally incapable of being wrong.

② Tradition without distortion — The original form is not bent by an individual reader's bias or sales pressure.

③ Reproducibility — The same birth data yields the same chart no matter who reads it or when. A Saju does not change with the mood of the day.

■ A reading that doesn't end with one visit — keep asking on your chart

A street fortune-teller gives you one reading and you're done. With floating AI Saju, asking again means a completely different person is invented each time. K-MUDANG is different. Your chart is already accurately calculated and fixed, so you can keep asking questions after receiving your reading. "Should I change jobs this year?" "How is it with that person?" "Can I take this path?" — Yong Hae-in answers every one of those questions not with a generic horoscope line for everyone, but from exactly your chart, your luck cycles, and your Vital Element.

So the first word of your reading and the answer to your tenth question stand on the same foundation. The reason the same question yields a different answer for each person is simple — the answer comes from your Saju. Not a "today's fortune" broadcast to everyone identically, but an answer drawn from looking into the chart of you and you alone. This is the true meaning of what we call "personalization."

Saju is not divination — it is the oldest mirror for looking into one's own heart. A mirror must be accurate. Before a clouded mirror, no wise words can console. So we first did the work of polishing the mirror clear (calculation), and kept it separate, to the very end, from the work of speaking with you before it (interpretation).
