Article 1 — Overview
K-MUDANG guarantees the right to cancel and receive a refund in accordance with applicable e-commerce consumer protection laws.

Article 2 — Paid Services

· Credits Package — Trial $7.50 (3 credits) / Starter $22 (10 credits) / Standard $41 (20 credits)
· One shared credit pool: a single purchase covers Saju & Compatibility readings and follow-up questions + unlimited talismans & compatibility talisman cards
VAT included. Services are delivered immediately upon payment (digital content).

✅ Refundable

· Service unused (0 readings) within 7 days of purchase → Full refund
· Payment errors or duplicate charges → Full refund
· System error preventing service delivery → Full refund or service re-provision

🚫 Non-Refundable

· reading used even once (digital content delivery commenced)
· Premium analysis cards viewed after unlock, or a talisman / compatibility talisman card generated — even with 0 readings (digital content delivery)
· More than 7 days since purchase
· Change of mind after service has been used

Calculation methods and differences between schools
The Four Pillars and solar-term transition times can be checked against calendar and astronomical data, the birth information entered and the time-correction settings applied. Judgments such as helpful elements, chart structure and Day Master strength can differ between schools, texts and studies because their methods and priorities differ. K-MUDANG applies its own rules informed by classical Ziping principles. It distinguishes balance from seasonal needs. For reviewed chart conditions, the function needed first becomes the applied element; support and caution describe what helps or burdens that function. Charts without an adopted priority retain a provisional application of the existing balance method. Seasonal selection and structural assessment cover implemented conditions, rather than every classical prescription or the complete theory of a particular school.
Differences in element judgments, chart structure or interpretation from other schools, texts, studies, practitioners or services alone do not constitute a calculation error or service defect and are not grounds for a refund of services already used.
If the Four Pillars or solar-term transition times differ from our stated calculation method, we review the input and settings to check for an actual error. This does not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights for confirmed calculation or system errors, or services that differ from their advertised or agreed description.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
